At license issuance/renewal certain providers must attest to knowledge/compliance with *CDC safe injection practices guidelines; & attest for individuals under physician's control/supervision & who are unlicensed pursuant to NRS 630 & whose duties involve injection practices. Includes: Individual Residential Care/Radiation Machine Registration/Attendants, Firefighters/EMTs, Physicians/Assistants, Perfusionists, Professional/Practical Nurses, Osteopathic Physicians/Assistants, Doctors of Oriental Medicine, Podiatric Physicians, Pharmacists/Intern Pharmacists, Medical laboratories.
